Nen\u00ed to jedno konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed datum, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e obdob\u00ed, kdy uzr\u00e1la my\u0161lenka na zalo\u017een\u00ed organizace, jej\u00edm\u017e kr\u00e9dem je v\u00fdcvik, rozvoj pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a pru\u017enost v oblasti nov\u00fdch trend\u016f. Za vznikem firmy stoj\u00ed trojice kamar\u00e1d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed v pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b aktivn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed od sv\u00e9ho ran\u00e9ho ml\u00e1d\u00ed. K datu zalo\u017een\u00ed ASTD to bylo u n\u011bkter\u00fdch z n\u00e1s cca 30 let. Za tuto dobu jsme sami vy\u0161kolili stovky pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f, instruktor\u016f \u010di tren\u00e9r\u016f instruktor\u016f.<\/p><p>Po na\u0161em d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm dlouhodob\u00e9m p\u016fsoben\u00ed ve CMAS \u2013 v Prezidiu Svazu pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f Moravy a Slezska v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 komisi a subkomisi pro technick\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, d\u00e1le ve veden\u00ed IANTD Central Europe atd. jsme se rozhodli zalo\u017eit vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdcvikovou organizaci.<\/p><p>Za t\u00edmto rozhodnut\u00edm stoj\u00ed snaha z\u00faro\u010dit sv\u00e9 dlouhodob\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch organizac\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm projektu. Projektu, kter\u00fd si klade za c\u00edl poskytnout podporu k v\u00fduce pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed s d\u016frazem na bezpe\u010dnost, aktu\u00e1lnost v\u00fdcvikov\u00fdch sm\u011brnic a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm schopnosti vlastn\u00edch pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f.<\/p><p>Pro p\u0159edchoz\u00ed organizace jsme dlouhodob\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159eli vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdcvikov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly. Jsme autory n\u011bkolika des\u00edtek pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch knih, manu\u00e1l\u016f, v\u00fdcvikov\u00fdch postup\u016f a p\u0159eklad\u016f. Aktivn\u011b publikujeme v pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch \u010dasopisech.
